  • How do I donate books?

    We would love to accept your second-hand books! Please make sure they are sci-fi, fantasy, horror or thriller only.
    Please see our donate page to send us a message about your donated books.

  • Can you pick up donated books?

    We Will Come To You If:

    • You are a resident of Victoria, we are happy to arrange to pick up any books you wish to donate. You can post your books at our cost if you wish (subject to approval).

    We Won’t Come To You If:

    • You reside outside of Victoria we will require you to post the donated books. However, we will cover all costs associated with postage (subject to approval).

  • What payment methods are available?

    We accept PayPal, AfterPay, GooglePay, ApplePay, and all major Credit/Debit Cards.

    These payments are processed through PayPal Checkouts, Stripe or AfterPay Checkout.

  • Australia-wide Shipping

    We ship items Australia-wide using Australia Post's Regular Flat-rate price of $12.50 per order.

    Free Shipping on orders over $100

    Process & Handling time: 3 Days - we will endeavour to ship your order to you within this timeframe or contact you if there is a delay.

    Pick-up is not available for customers.

  • What is your refund/return policy?

    We are happy to receive returned books within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive the book and there are no clear damages that were not otherwise there when purchased, we will issue the refund to the initial payment method.

    We comply with the Victorian Government’s Refund Rights policy.

    You have the same legal refund rights with second-hand items as you would with a new item.

    You cannot claim a refund for problems which we:

    • Informed you about including:

      • All defects that are visible when examining the item online.

      • Are indicated in photos or the item description on the website.

      • If you have written and agreed to accept a damaged book at a reduced cost.
